The invention discloses a construction method of a reverse opening well shaft, which comprises the following steps of: driving a steel casing underground until the bottom of the steel casing is in contact with the outer wall of a pipe joint of an underground jacking pipe; earthwork in the steel casing is excavated, and a working face in the steel casing is cleaned; a steel shaft with the height ranging from 50 cm to 60 cm is hoisted to the inner bottom of the steel casing, the position of the steel shaft is manually adjusted, and the steel shaft and the jacking pipe joint are welded; filling quick-drying waterproof mortar between the steel shaft and the steel casing; removing the outer steel plate of the pipe jacking section in the steel shaft, breaking the concrete of the pipe section and cutting off the steel bar of the pipe section; the hoisting concrete prefabricated shaft is mounted at the upper part of the steel shaft; and plain concrete is filled between the concrete prefabricated shaft and the steel casing and is vibrated and compacted. When the method is adopted to construct the steel shaft, the space in the steel casing is used as the working space, and the working space reaches the maximum.
