The invention discloses a panel mounting method for a roof of a skirt house with towers arranged on the periphery, which comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, erecting a crane on a building roof beside one side of a roof glass curtain wall or a metal curtain wall to be mounted, placing the crane in a range of 2-4 meters away from the edge of the roof, and operating a brake locking disc to brake and fix the crane; (2) arranging a tie plate on a parapet wall on the other side of the to-be-mounted roof glass curtain wall or metal curtain wall, and mounting a strut on a supporting truss which is erected from the ground and is used for supporting a roof main body steel structure on the other side of the to-be-mounted roof main body steel structure; tying steel wire ropes are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the supporting column, the tying plate and a top cross beam of the other supporting truss, and are tied and fastened; and (3) operating an operating handle of the crane, releasing a crane hoisting steel wire rope, connecting the crane hoisting steel wire rope with the top of the support column, hanging a pulley on the crane hoisting steel wire rope on one side close to the crane, hanging an upper hook of a chain block on the lower end of the pulley, and tightening the crane hoisting steel wire rope by operating the operating handle of the crane.
