By arranging the lower positioning cylinder and the supporting assembly, after a user assembles a settlement column and installs the settlement column at the top end of the lower positioning cylinder, the user can rotate the supporting plate, so that the abutting plate faces the settlement column, the prism cylinder is rotated to drive the abutting cylinder to move on the insertion rod, and the abutting cylinder can abut against the side face of the installation block after moving by a certain distance; along with the continuous displacement of the abutting cylinder on the inserting rod, the inserting rod drives the abutting plate to abut against the surface of the settlement column through the supporting plates, at the moment, the multiple supporting plates are matched with one another to drive the abutting plate to stably clamp the settlement column, the settlement column and the settlement plate are kept to be perpendicularly arranged, and then measurement errors caused by inclination of the settlement column in the embedding process are avoided.
