The dodecane aggregate, the tridecane aggregate and the tetradecane aggregate are combined to respectively obtain the composite alkane phase-change aggregate, the upper limit and the lower limit of the phase-change temperature are adjusted, so that the phase-change temperature just meets the requirements of a low-temperature phase-change heat storage material at present, latent heat can be gradually released at the temperature, concrete is prevented from being excessively low in temperature, and the thermal performance of the concrete is improved; the heat influence on the soil is reduced, so that the influence of low-temperature frost heaving on a building structure is relieved.
