Dry-mix composite light aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a dry-mix composite light aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The dry-mix composite light aggregate concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-350 parts of cement, 50-150 parts of fly ash, 100-250 parts of dry sand/rock wool industrial waste residue, 6 parts of rubber powder, 2 parts of fiber and 25-70 parts of polyurethane granule. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. adding the cement, fly ash and dry sand/rock wool industrial waste residue into a stirrer, and stirring uniformly; and 2. adding the rubber powder, fiber and polyurethane granule into the stirrer, and continuing stirring to form the uniform mixture. The dry-mix composite light aggregate concrete can not explode when in use, and has the advantages of excellent thermal-insulation property, light weight, high compression strength, simple preparation method and the like.
