Multi-element solid waste-based recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of multi-element solid waste-based recycled concrete, and a production raw material formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: 63 to 105 parts of Portland cement clinker, 189 to 273 parts of composite modified cementing material, 21 to 42 parts of superfine building slag powder, 21 to 42 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder, 198 to 461 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 141 to 283 parts of modified recycled fine aggregate, 857 to 1120 parts of gravel and 283 to 424 parts of fine sand. 0.42-1.26 parts of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 147 parts of water. The method has the advantages that 1) the compressive strength of a concrete material can be obviously improved, and experiments prove that the 3d compressive strength of the multi-element solid waste-based recycled concrete prepared by the method is greater than or equal to 15.0 MPa, the 7d compressive strength is greater than or equal to 20.0 MPa, and the 28d compressive strength is greater than or equal to 40.0 MPa; and (2) comprehensive utilization of various industrial solid wastes and building solid wastes is realized.
