The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses environment-friendly solid waste recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof.The environment-friendly solid waste recycled concrete is prepared from 200-500 parts of fly ash, 200-500 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 50-150 parts of furnace slag, 30-200 parts of finished cement, 150-250 parts of water and 1-10 parts of efficient water reducing agent; the particle size of the fly ash is larger than or equal to 25 microns, and the particle size of the slag is smaller than or equal to 25 mm (the slag is crushed, screened and the like to the suitable particle size); the water-cement ratio of the concrete is reduced by adding the high-efficiency water reducing agent, so that the strength of the concrete is improved, and then the strength of the concrete is improved by accurately metering and reasonably adjusting the proportion of various raw materials under the condition that the recycled aggregate and the mineral powder are not used. The concrete can reach ideal initial setting time (including final setting time) and effective concrete strength in the using process, so that the solid wastes (fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and slag) of a thermal power plant are used to the greatest extent, the cyclic utilization of resources is promoted, and the sustainable development is facilitated.
