Preparation method of aluminum-magnesium-carbon castable containing modified micro-nano graphite flakes
The invention relates to a preparation method of an aluminum-magnesium-carbon castable containing modified micro-nano graphite flakes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, thinning crystalline flake graphite powder into the micro-nano graphite flakes with the thickness of less than 1 micron by using a stirring mill; weighing the micro-nano graphite flake, silicon powder and fused salt according to a set proportion, putting into a ball mill, mixing, putting into a mold, pressing into a green body, putting the green body into an alumina crucible of which the bottom is filled with the fused salt, completely covering a green body sample with the fused salt, compacting through vibration, capping, sealing with fireclay, and drying to obtain a finished product. Putting the sealed alumina crucible into a high-temperature furnace for firing, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water for multiple times to remove fused salt, filtering, and drying to obtain SiC modified micro-nano graphite flakes; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing corundum particles, corundum powder, fused magnesite powder, alumina micro powder, modified micro-nano graphite flakes, silicon oxide micro powder, a composite binder, an antioxidant, an efficient dispersant and 0.1 part of citric acid in parts by mass to prepare a castable blank, and curing and drying to obtain the castable.
一种含改性微纳米石墨片的铝镁碳浇注料的制备方法,首先将鳞片石墨粉用搅拌磨减薄成厚度小于1微米的微纳米石墨片;再将微纳米石墨片、硅粉、熔盐按照设定的比例称量后放入球磨机内,混合后置于模具内压制成坯体,将坯体放置在底部装入熔盐的氧化铝坩埚内,再用熔盐完全覆盖坯体试样,经振动密实后加盖,并用火泥密封,再将密封的氧化铝坩埚放入高温炉中烧制,冷却至室温后用去离子水多次洗涤除去熔盐后,再过滤、干燥后得到SiC改性微纳米石墨片;按质量份数将刚玉颗粒、刚玉粉、电熔镁砂粉、氧化铝微粉、改性微纳米石墨片、氧化硅微粉、复合结合剂、抗氧化剂、高效分散剂、外加柠檬酸0.1份加水混制备成浇注料坯体,经养护、干燥后得到浇注料。
