The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, preparing materials: adopting graphite high-purity powder; 80-500-mesh graphite powder is conveyed into a stock bin through a fixed station manual feeding auger, and the stock bin conveys the graphite powder to a kneading pot through the auger in proportion in an automatic weighing mode; b, mixing and stirring; d, compression molding: manually brushing a release agent on the inner surface of a mold, then loading the crushed materials into the mold, and carrying out compression molding by a hydraulic molding machine to obtain products with various specifications and sizes; e, carbonizing; f, detecting and packaging. According to the graphite sagger formed and pressed at a time, the cost is greatly reduced, raw materials are saved, and meanwhile the indexes such as fracture resistance and compression resistance of the product are remarkably improved.
