The invention discloses a high-performance integral graphite sagger and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: S1, mixing crystalline flake graphite, a pre-sintered material, a mixed solution, amorphous alumina fine powder and carbon nanofibers to obtain a mixture; s2, placing the mixture in a mold, maintaining the pressure for a certain time, and demolding to obtain a sagger green body; and S3, the sagger green body is subjected to heat treatment and then cooled along with a furnace, and the high-performance integral graphite sagger is obtained. Wherein the pre-sintered material is prepared by the following method: mixing and ball-milling borax, carbon black, silicon powder and zirconium oxychloride to obtain a premix, then performing heat treatment on the premix in an inert gas atmosphere, cooling and grinding to obtain the pre-sintered material; the mixed solution is formed by mixing thermosetting phenolic resin, industrial alcohol and lanthanum nitrate. The prepared high-performance integral graphite sagger is high in strength, good in compactness and high in graphitization degree.
