The invention relates to the technical field of graphite saggers, in particular to a graphite sagger and a preparation method thereof.According to the preparation method, a conventional binder is dissolved in asphalt to be prepared into a liquid-phase binder, so that the mixing uniformity of the binder, graphite and carbon powder is improved, and the graphite sagger is prepared by further using the rolling and shearing function of a fusion machine on materials. And the apparent porosity of the saggar can be comprehensively reduced and the breaking strength of the saggar can be enhanced on the premise of lower mass percent of the binder. Particularly, the apparent porosity of the sagger product can be reduced to about 10% from 15% or above of a conventional process; the breaking strength of the sagger product is stably improved to 20-23 MP from the conventional 15-20 MPa; the density of the sagger product is improved from traditional 1.65 g/cm < 3 > to 1.8 g/cm < 3 > or above; and the use amount of the binder is reduced from 10-15% in the traditional process to less than 10%, so that the binding requirement can be met.
本发明涉及石墨匣钵技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨匣钵及其制备方法,所述制备方法通过将常规粘结剂溶于沥青制备成液相粘结剂,以此增大粘结剂与石墨、碳粉之间的混合均匀性,并进一步借助融合机对物料的翻滚剪切功能,在以更低粘结剂质量百分比的前提下能综合降低匣钵显气孔率及增强其抗折强度。具体为将匣钵制品的显气孔率能从常规工艺的15%以上降低到10%左右;将匣钵制品的抗折强度从常规的15‑20MPa稳定提高到20‑23MP;将匣钵制品密度从传统的1.65g/cm3提高到1.8g/cm3以上;粘结剂用量从传统工艺的10%‑15%降低到只需不到10%即可达到粘结要求。
