The invention discloses a high-fill roadbed structure and a construction method. In the structure, a first gravel layer, a gravel layer, a geotechnical cloth layer, a second gravel layer and a pavement layer are sequentially laid on a base layer from top to bottom; the whole drainage assembly is located on the transverse face of the roadbed and comprises a transverse water collecting pipe located on the upper portion in the first gravel layer, a vertical water guide pipe distributed along the line over the water collecting pipe and water outlet pipes located at the two ends of the water collecting pipe. The lower end of the water guide pipe is communicated with the water collecting pipe, the upper end of the water guide pipe extends into the gravel layer and is closed, and water guide ports with filtering structures are distributed in the side wall; the upper end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the end part of the water collecting pipe, and the lower end of the water outlet pipe obliquely extends out of the first gravel layer and then is connected into a drainage ditch; the limiting protection frame is laid in the area where the water guide pipes are located in the gravel layer and comprises a grid-shaped steel bar piece and limiting protection cylinders distributed and fixed to the steel bar piece, water passing holes are distributed in the limiting protection cylinders, and the water guide pipes are sleeved with the limiting protection cylinders in a one-to-one correspondence mode. Accumulated water in the roadbed can be discharged.
本发明公开一种高填方路基结构及施工方法,在该结构中:基层往上依次铺设第一砂石层、碎石层、土工布层、第二砂石层和路面层;排水组件整体处于路基横向面上,包括横向且位于第一砂石层内上部的集水管、竖向且分布在集水管正上方沿线的导水管和位于集水管两端的出水管,导水管的下端与集水管连通、上端伸入碎石层内且封闭、侧壁分布有具有过滤结构的导水口,出水管的上端与集水管端部连通、下端倾斜延伸出第一砂石层外部后接入排水沟;限位保护架铺设在碎石层内导水管所在区域,包括格栅状的钢筋片以及分布固定在钢筋片上的限位保护筒,限位保护筒上分布有过水孔,限位保护筒一一对应地套在导水管上。本发明能将路基内部的积水排出。
