The invention discloses a damming method adopting ash for damming. The damming method comprises the steps of ash screening, construction preparation, dry rubble slope protection construction, base treatment, flattening and watering or airing. According to the method, waste ash generated in the production process of various coal-fired thermal power plants, heat supply enterprises, chemical enterprises and other enterprises is reasonably utilized through the steps of water content control, mechanical rolling, inspection and acceptance, compaction face finishing and the like, waste is turned into wealth, and in the dam building process, the ash serves as light filler to be used for dam body filling, so that enough bearing capacity can be achieved; by adopting the damming mode, the filling volume of the dam body of the ash dam can be effectively reduced, so that the construction investment can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, as the deposited ash in front of the dam is a part of the dam body, the volume utilization rate of the ash yard is also improved compared with that of an ash yard which is constructed once in the past.
本发明公开了一种采用灰渣筑坝的筑坝方法,通过灰渣筛选、施工准备、干砌块石护坡施工、基底处理、摊平整平、洒水或晾晒,控制含水率、机械碾压、检验验收和压实面修整等步骤对各类燃煤火电厂、供暖、化工等企业生产过程中产生的废料灰渣合理利用,变废为宝,在筑坝过程中灰渣作为轻质填料用于坝体填筑能够达到足够的承载力,采用此种筑坝方式可有效的减少灰坝坝体的填筑方量,因此可有效地减少建设投资,同时,由于坝前沉积灰渣为坝体的一部分,灰场容积利用率也比以往一次建成灰坝的灰场有所提高。
