The upper and lower layer connecting structure comprises an upper layer wallboard, a lower layer wallboard, a floor located between the upper layer wallboard and the lower layer wallboard and upper and lower layer vertical connecting steel bars, a cast-in-place cavity is constructed at the bottom of the upper layer wallboard, and a concave-convex structure is constructed on the inner wall of the cast-in-place cavity; the upper-layer and lower-layer vertical connecting steel bars extend out of the cast-in-place cavity in the top of the lower-layer wallboard, penetrate through the floor slab and at least extend into the position, corresponding to the concave-convex structure, in the cast-in-place cavity in the bottom of the upper-layer wallboard; the edge bottom surface of the floor slab is supported on the top surface edge of the lower-layer wall plate or the top surface edge of a beam at the top of the lower-layer wall plate; the horizontal steel bars at the side ends of the floor slab extend out of the middle line of the lower-layer wall plate or beam.
