The invention discloses a preparation method of industrial solid waste ceramsite, which comprises the following steps: mixing dried red mud, sludge and coal slime to obtain a mixture, the weight of the red mud accounts for 40-55% of the total weight of the mixture, and the weight ratio of the sludge to the coal slime is 2: 1; sequentially crushing, drying, grinding and aging the mixture to obtain a raw material; adding water accounting for 20-30% of the weight of the raw material into the raw material to prepare raw material balls; the raw material balls are put into a rotary kiln to be calcined for 10-35 min at the temperature of 1100-1300 DEG C, clinker is obtained, and the use amount of water accounts for 15-25% of the weight of the raw material; and cooling the clinker to obtain the industrial solid waste ceramsite. The red mud, the sludge and the coal slime are used as raw materials to prepare the ceramsite, the method is economical and environmentally friendly, resource utilization of the red mud, the sludge and the coal slime is achieved, the porosity of clinker balls is improved by adjusting the reasonable raw material ratio, proper calcination temperature and calcination time and intensively preheating and sealing the holes when the raw material balls are fed into a kiln, and the ceramsite is prepared. The prepared ceramsite has the characteristics of light weight and high strength.
本发明公开一种工业固废陶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将干化后的赤泥、污泥以及煤泥混合得到混合料,赤泥的重量占混合料总重的40‑55%,污泥与煤泥的重量比为2:1;将混合料依次进行破碎、烘干、粉磨后以及陈化后得到生料;在生料中加入重量为生料重量20‑30%的水制成生料球;将生料球入回转窑在1100‑1300℃下煅烧10‑35min得到熟料,其中水用量为生料重量的15‑25%;熟料经冷却后得到所述工业固废陶粒。本发明以赤泥、污泥以及煤泥原料来制备陶粒,既经济又环保实现了赤泥、污泥以及煤泥的资源化利用,而且通过调整合理的原料配比,适宜的煅烧温度与煅烧时间,加之在生料球入窑强进行了预热与封孔处理,提升了熟料球的孔隙率,使制备得到的陶粒具备轻质高强的特性。
