A construction method for a super-large and super-long steel pipe column of a hard rock stratum foundation pit comprises the following steps of machining and transporting the super-large and super-long prefabricated steel pipe column, burying a steel pipe pile casing to construct a pilot tunnel, conducting hole guiding in a grading mode, reaming in a grading mode, brushing a wall and cleaning holes, conducting HPE positioning, hoisting a reinforcement cage, hoisting the steel pipe column, conducting secondary hole cleaning and pouring concrete. According to the construction method, factory prefabrication is conducted, the whole prefabricated steel pipe column is transported, the steel pipe pile casing is buried to serve as a pilot tunnel, the inner wall achieves the wall protection effect, meanwhile, the effect of controlling the perpendicularity of a pile hole is achieved, hole guiding is conducted in a graded mode according to the drilling depth and the stratum condition, and graded reaming is conducted in combination with a reamer bit; the HPE vertical pipe inserting machine is used for being in butt joint with the steel pipe column and the tool section to guarantee the butt joint precision and the perpendicularity of the steel pipe column, the crawler crane and the full-slewing drilling machine control hoisting and lowering of the large-length steel pipe column, meanwhile, ultrasonic detection during hole cleaning and concrete pouring is combined, the hole forming efficiency and quality are effectively improved, and the construction safety is guaranteed.
