The invention discloses an advanced sealing method for a temperature post-cast strip on a basement outer wall and a raft, which not only effectively ensures the function of the temperature post-cast strip, but also avoids the cracking of a waterproof layer during secondary concrete pouring after an opening in the outer side of the temperature post-cast strip is sealed. Outer side port sealing steel plates (3) are arranged on outer side ports of a basement outer wall post-cast strip and a raft post-cast strip, wrinkles (5) capable of transversely stretching out and drawing back in the left-right direction are arranged on the outer side port sealing steel plates (3) in the up-down vertical direction, a left side bent plate (4) inclining inwards is arranged at the left side end of each outer side port sealing steel plate, and a right side bent plate (5) inclining inwards is arranged at the right side end of each outer side bent plate (4).
