The invention relates to an ultra-low energy consumption building, in particular to an embedded structure of an ultra-low energy consumption building curtain wall, an embedded part construction method and a building, and the embedded structure comprises an embedded assembly embedded in a main body concrete structure and a connecting assembly embedded in an outer wall thermal insulation layer; the pre-embedded assembly comprises an anchor bar and a first embedded plate, and one end of the anchor bar is welded and fixed to the first surface of the first embedded plate; the connecting assembly comprises a second embedded plate, a tooth groove and a third embedded plate, the second embedded plate is welded and fixed to the second surface of the first embedded plate through the third embedded plate, the tooth groove is welded and fixed to the inner side surface of the second embedded plate, and a hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the tooth groove, of the second embedded plate. Compared with the prior art, the problems that a common curtain wall embedded part can damage a heat preservation layer and can form a cold bridge effect to affect the heat insulation performance of an outer wall are solved; according to the scheme, the embedded structure is designed, effective force transmission and blocking of the cold bridge effect are achieved at the same time, and therefore the building adopting the embedded structure can meet the requirements of ultra-low energy consumption buildings.
本发明涉及一种超低能耗建筑,具体涉及一种超低能耗建筑幕墙的预埋结构及预埋件施工方法和建筑,包括埋设于主体混凝土结构内的预埋组件和埋设于外墙保温层内的连接组件;预埋组件包括锚筋和第一埋板,锚筋的一端焊接固定于第一埋板的第一表面上;连接组件包括第二埋板、齿牙槽和第三埋板,第二埋板通过第三埋板焊接固定于第一埋板的第二表面上,齿牙槽焊接固定于第二埋板内侧表面,且第二埋板对应于齿牙槽的位置开孔。与现有技术相比,本发明解决普通幕墙预埋件会破坏保温层并会形成冷桥效应影响外墙隔热性能的问题;本方案通过设计一种预埋结构,同时实现了有效传力以及阻断冷桥效应,进而采用该预埋结构的建筑可满足超低能耗建筑的要求。
