The invention discloses an anti-ion erosion self-repairing marine concrete and a preparation method thereof, the concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 120-280 parts of fine aggregate, 220-350 parts of coarse aggregate, 30-40 parts of water, 2-4 parts of ZnAl-NO3 layered double hydroxide, 0.5-1 part of disodium fumarate, 0-10 parts of metakaolin, and 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent. By using the ZnAl-NO3 layered double hydroxide, corrosive anions such as Cl <-> and SO4 < 2-> entering concrete can be effectively adsorbed, further damage of the ions to the concrete is prevented, on the other hand, the concrete crack self-repairing capability can be endowed by using the disodium fumarate, the corrosive cations such as Mg < 2 + > are converted into precipitates to repair the cracks, and the concrete crack self-repairing effect is improved. And a dual defense effect on corrosive ions is achieved.
本发明公开了一种抗离子侵蚀自修复海工混凝土及其制备方法,按照重量份数计算,所述混凝土包括如下组分:水泥为100份,细骨料为120~280份,粗骨料为220~350份,水为30~40份,ZnAl‑NO3层状双氢氧化物为2~4份,富马酸二钠盐为0.5~1份,偏高岭土为0~10份,减水剂为0.5~1份。本发明中ZnAl‑NO3层状双氢氧化物的使用可有效吸附进入混凝土中的侵蚀性阴离子如Cl‑和SO42‑等,防止这些离子对混凝土的进一步破坏,另一方面使用富马酸二钠盐可赋予混凝土裂缝自修复能力,通过将侵蚀性阳离子如Mg2+转化为沉淀修复裂缝,达到对侵蚀性离子的双重防御作用。
