Healthy, safe and breathable biscuit firing wallboard and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a healthy, safe and breathable biscuit firing wallboard. The wallboard is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-90 parts of diatomite, 50-270 parts of deionized water, 10-30 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 10-30 parts of calcined magnesia, 0.1-1 part of nano silver, 0.1-1 part of a modifier and 5-10 parts of short fibers. According to the formula components disclosed by the invention, when deionized water is subjected to biscuit firing and evaporation to dryness, a new structural cementing material is generated to solidify and cure the diatomite into a plate, while the deionized water is evaporated to dryness, channels of micro pores of the diatomite are kept unblocked, and the strength of a national standard plate can be achieved; the interface reaction effect between the raw materials can be enhanced, the short fibers have unidirectivity after being added, the compressive strength and the pore channel permeability of the product can be enhanced by modifying the short fibers, and the performance effect of the product is optimized.
本发明公开了一种素烧健康安全会呼吸的墙板,包括以下重量份原料:硅藻土50‑90份、去离子水50‑270份、七水硫酸镁10‑30份、煅苦土10‑30份、纳米银0.1‑1份、改性剂0.1‑1份、短纤维丝5‑10份。本发明配方组分在素烧蒸干去离子水份的同时产生新的结构胶凝材料把硅藻土凝固化成板材,蒸干水出去离子水份的同时保并留硅藻土微细小孔的通道畅通,又能达到国家标准板材的强度,通过改性剂的添加,能够增强原料之间的界面反应效果,而短纤维丝加入具有单向性,通过对其改性能够增强产品的抗压强度、孔道通透率,优化产品的性能效果。
