The invention discloses a comprehensive utilization method of biomass fuel in production of a gypsum plaster board, which comprises the following steps: the biomass fuel is combusted in a furnace and generates hot smoke, and the hot smoke comprises heat energy and fly ash; heat energy is used for calcining the gypsum powder and drying the gypsum board; fly ash is collected through a bag collector, and the fly ash is used as a gypsum board production raw material. Through technological innovation, the fly ash generated after biomass fuel combustion is effectively applied to production of the gypsum plaster board, waste resource reutilization is achieved, the waste treatment cost is reduced through the improvement, the environmental protection pressure is relieved, the performance of the gypsum board is optimized through recycling of the fly ash, and the gypsum plaster board has the advantages of being environmentally friendly and free of pollution.
