A coal mine tunnel surrounding rock grouting quality detection device provided by the present invention comprises a telescopic sleeve and an acquisition instrument, the telescopic sleeve specifically comprises four sections of telescopic casing pipes, and the four sections of telescopic casing pipes are sequentially a first section of sleeve, a second section of sleeve, a third section of sleeve and a fourth section of sleeve from small to large in outer diameter, a transducer is installed at the end, extending out of the telescopic sleeve, of the first section of sleeve, the transducer is electrically connected with an acquisition instrument through a signal transmission line, and the outer portion of the fourth section of sleeve is fixedly connected with a hole packer sleeve; according to the method, acoustic parameters of acoustic waves which are detected point by point at a certain interval in the axial direction of a drill hole and penetrate through all cross sections of the roadway surrounding rock are collected, then detection data are processed, analyzed and judged, the fracture position, the fracture range and the fracture degree of the roadway surrounding rock are determined, after grouting of the roadway surrounding rock is finished, the same drill hole is used, the detection steps are repeated, and the roadway surrounding rock is obtained. And the grouting quality is evaluated by comparing the fracture degree and the crushing degree of the surrounding rock of the roadway before and after grouting.
本发明提供一种煤矿巷道围岩注浆质量检测装置,包括可伸缩套筒和采集仪,所述可伸缩套筒具体为四节可伸缩套管,且所述四节可伸缩套管外径从小到大依次为第一节套筒、第二节套筒、第三节套筒和第四节套筒,所述第一节套筒伸出可伸缩套筒的一端安装有换能器,所述换能器通过信号传输线与采集仪电性连接,所述第四节套筒外部固定连接有封孔器套管,本发明在采集沿钻孔轴向以一定的间距逐点检测声波穿过巷道围岩各横截面的声学参数,然后对这些检测数据进行处理、分析和判断,确定巷道围岩裂隙、破碎的位置、范围、程度,巷道围岩注浆结束后,使用相同钻孔,重复上述检测步骤,通过对比注浆前后巷道围岩裂隙、破碎程度,对注浆质量进行评价。
