The invention discloses a concrete upturning beam containing a stiff column and a construction method thereof. According to the upturning beam, after pouring of a lower-layer column is completed, a stiff column steel rib is installed on the lower-layer column, then continuous ribs and cut-off ribs are installed, the cut-off ribs are separately connected to the two opposite sides of the stiff column steel rib at a position, cut off by the stiff column steel rib, in the concrete upturning beam, and the cut-off ribs on the third side and the fourth side of the stiff column steel rib are integrated by means of the stiff column steel rib, so that steel bars in the concrete upturning beam form a whole, and the concrete upturning beam is formed by subsequent one-time concrete pouring, and the overall plasticity of the concrete upturning beam is guaranteed. The concrete upturning beam containing the stiff column and the construction method solve the problem that in the upturning beam with the same width as columns and beams of a underground floor slab, the upturning beam with the steel bars blocked by a cross-shaped stiff steel column in a concrete column is formed through one-time pouring, and it is difficult to guarantee the overall plasticity of the upturning beam.
