A construction method for a steel corrugated plate protective shed tunnel of an expressway in a cross-cut mountain area comprises the following steps that S1, a side slope is excavated on the side close to the mountain with the midline of a traffic lane as the benchmark, and net hanging shotcrete-anchor supporting construction is conducted; s2, constructing an enlarged foundation on the side close to the mountain and a half-range transverse coupling beam; s3, pile foundations, bearing platform beams, other half transverse connecting beams and inverted arches are constructed on the other side of the middle line of the carriageway; s4, a steel corrugated plate lining is constructed, and a ditch and a road surface are recovered; s5, column steel bars are bound, annular main bars at the corresponding annular positions of the columns are bound to form an annular framework, and a C30 concrete base plate is arranged between the annular framework and the steel corrugated plate lining; s6, concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, first-section wall construction, second-section side wall construction, arch shoulder construction and arch crown construction are conducted, in the construction process of each stage, the pouring height is controlled within 2.0 m, and left-right symmetrical pouring is conducted; and S7, waterproof and drainage construction, backfilling and dismounting of the steel corrugated plates at the side window positions.
一种横断山区高速公路钢波纹板防护棚洞的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、以行车道中线为基准在靠山侧开挖边坡,并进行挂网喷锚支护施工;S2、施做靠山侧扩大基础及半幅横向连梁;S3、在行车道中线另一侧施做桩基础、承台梁以及另外半幅横向连梁、仰拱;S4、施做钢波纹板内衬及恢复水沟、路面;S5、柱钢筋绑扎,柱对应环向位置环向主筋绑扎成环形骨架,且在环形骨架与钢波纹板内衬之间设置C30混凝土垫板;S6、混凝土浇筑,分为墙施工一段、边墙施工二段、拱肩施工以及拱顶施工,每个阶段施工过程中,浇筑高度控制在2.0m以内,且左右对称浇筑;S7、防排水施做、回填及侧窗部位钢波纹板拆除。
