The invention discloses a design method of a subway station-viaduct synchronous and same-position separation combined building structure system. The building structure system comprises an open cut foundation pit, a supporting structure of the open cut foundation pit, a subway station structure and a viaduct structure. The vertical columns of the subway station structure and the pile foundations of the viaduct structure are vertically coaxial, and the longitudinal distance is consistent. The viaduct steel tube concrete pile foundation and the subway station structure are vertically separated, vertical stress and deformation of the two structures are mutually independent, and structural design analysis is simple; the subway station stand column adopts the mode that the prefabricated hollow column sections are vertically overlapped, has good vertical bearing capacity and horizontal interlayer deformation capacity, and can improve the overall anti-seismic performance of a subway station structure. Under the action of a horizontal earthquake, the viaduct steel pipe concrete pile foundation and the subway station laminated prefabricated hollow column section are coordinated in deformation and complementary in advantages.
