The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial waste residue grouting material preparation, and particularly relates to an industrial waste residue multi-element composite shield tunnel wall back grouting material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that shield silt and liquid supply waste residue raw materials are put into a mixing machine to be evenly mixed, water and additives are added in the mixing process, and a first mixture is obtained; the first mixture in the second step is put into a ball mill to be ground and mixed, the mixing uniformity of the materials is further guaranteed, a second mixture is obtained, the second mixture in the third step is put into a stirrer, water glass and a water reducing agent are added, stirring is conducted, and the grouting material raw material is obtained. The fly ash and activated aluminum oxide in the slag react with Ca (OH) 2, ardealite and the like in an alkaline environment to generate more fibrous AFt, and activated silicon oxide in the fly ash and C2S and C3S in the slag are hydrated in the alkaline environment to generate CSH gel, so that the strength development of the grouting material is completed, resources are subjected to multi-element cyclic utilization, and the developability of the resources is ensured.
本发明公开的属于工业废渣注浆材料制备技术领域,具体为工业废渣多元复合盾构隧道壁后注浆材料及其制备方法,包括如下步骤,将盾构泥沙和供液废渣原料置入混合机中混合均匀,在混合过程中加入水和添加剂,得到混合料一,将步骤二中的混合料一放入球磨机内再进行研磨混合,进一步保证材料之间混合均匀性,得到混合料二,把步骤三中混合料二置入搅拌机内,加入水玻璃与减水剂,搅拌得到注浆材料原料,利用粉煤灰与矿渣中的活性氧化铝在碱性环境中与Ca(OH)2、磷石膏等反应生成较多纤维状的AFt,而其中的活性氧化硅与钢渣中的C2S、C3S在碱性环境中水化生成CSH凝胶,从而完成注浆材料的强度发展,并且,对资源进行多元循环利用,保证了资源的可发展性。
