Durable phosphogypsum-based mixed aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a durable ardealite-based mixed aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The durable ardealite-based mixed aggregate comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-50% of machine-made sand slurry, 10-50% of ardealite, 10% of stone chips, 30% of an adhesive and 1% of a modifier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively drying, crushing and screening machine-made sand slurry and ardealite to obtain powder, then uniformly mixing the powder with the stone chips and the adhesive, finally adding the modifier, granulating, screening and curing to obtain the durable ardealite-based mixed aggregate. The durable ardealite-based mixed aggregate prepared by the invention is high in strength, good in durability and short in maintenance period, consumes a large amount of industrial solid wastes such as machine-made sand slurry and ardealite, improves the utilization of the industrial solid wastes, and reduces the environmental pressure and safety risk caused by stockpiling.
