Phosphogypsum aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides ardealite aggregate and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of ardealite solid waste recycling. The ardealite aggregate comprises ardealite, cement, anhydrous ardealite, silica fume, mineral powder, fly ash, a water reducing agent, a slow release agent and fine sand. The preparation method of the ardealite aggregate comprises the following steps: carrying out ball milling, premixing and mixing to obtain a mixed solution of the components, further obtaining ardealite particles under the extrusion action of a pressure granulator, and carrying out surface waterproof treatment and maintenance treatment on the obtained ardealite particles to obtain the ardealite aggregate. The ardealite aggregate prepared by the method has a closely arranged multistage space skeleton structure system, the compressive strength of the ardealite aggregate is greatly improved, and detection shows that in a small test process, the stacking compressive strength of the ardealite aggregate can reach 20 MPa, the compressive strength reaches about 25 MPa, and the softening coefficient is 0.85.
本发明提供了一种磷石膏骨料及其制备方法,属于磷石膏固废再利用领域。本发明的磷石膏骨料包括磷石膏、水泥、无水磷石膏、硅灰、矿粉、粉煤灰、减水剂、缓释剂和细砂;所述磷石膏骨料的制备方法包括:通过球磨、预混合和混合步骤,得到上述组分的混合液,进一步通过压力造粒机的挤压作用获得磷石膏颗粒,对获得的磷石膏颗粒进行表面防水处理和养护处理,获得磷石膏骨料;采用本发明制备的磷石膏骨料具有紧密排列的多级空间骨架结构体系,大大提高了磷石膏骨料的抗压强度,经检测,在小试过程中,本发明的磷石膏骨料的堆积抗压强度能够达到20Mpa,抗压强度达到25MPa左右,软化系数0.85。
