Reactive sintering silicon carbide microchannel reactor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of fluid mixing and micro-channel reaction equipment, in particular to a reactive sintering silicon carbide micro-channel reactor and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing silicon carbide powder, an active carbon source, phenolic resin and an additive to prepare ceramic slurry; the volume solid content of the ceramic slurry is 40-56%; placing at least one channel mold in the ceramic slurry, and carrying out thermocuring treatment under a sealing condition to control the volume shrinkage rate to be less than or equal to 4.5% so as to obtain a cured biscuit; then carrying out carbonization treatment under a protective atmosphere to obtain a carbonized biscuit; and sintering to prepare the reaction sintered silicon carbide micro-channel reactor. The shrinkage rate of the slurry in the curing stage is reduced by sealing curing and increasing the solid content of the slurry, and the shrinkage cracking of the green body in the phenolic resin carbonization process is reduced. The preparation process is simple and controllable, and guarantees are provided for realizing large-scale industrial production.
本发明涉及流体混合与微通道反应设备技术领域,具体涉及一种反应烧结碳化硅微通道反应器及其制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤:将碳化硅粉、活性碳源、酚醛树脂和添加剂混合制备陶瓷浆料;所述陶瓷浆料的体积固含量在40~56%;将至少一个通道模具置于陶瓷浆料中,在密封条件下进行热固化处理,以控制体积收缩率≤4.5%,得到固化素坯;然后在保护气氛下进行碳化处理,得到碳化后的素坯;之后进行烧结处理,制备得到反应烧结碳化硅微通道反应器。通过密封固化和提高浆料固含量降低浆料在固化阶段的收缩率,降低了坯体在酚醛树脂碳化过程的收缩开裂。制备工艺简单且可控,为实现规模化工业生产提供了保障。
