The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials including silicon carbide granulation powder, oleic acid, a plasticizer, a binder and water, and mixing to obtain a mixed raw material; the mixed raw materials are put into a pug mill for pug milling treatment, and a pug plate is obtained; a pug plate is cut and put into a sand casting mold, external pressure is applied, and a biscuit is obtained after demolding; the biscuit is cured; sintering the cured biscuit to obtain a blank; and processing the blank by using a grinding machine to obtain the silicon carbide ceramic microchannel reactor chip. The process flow is simple, the duplicating die can be repeatedly used, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the method is suitable for batch production.
