Reactive sintering silicon carbide ceramic as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a reactive sintering silicon carbide ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing silicon carbide powder and graphite powder, and carrying out primary ball milling to obtain coated powder; (2) performing secondary ball milling on mixed carbon powder, a binder, a dispersing agent, a suspending agent, water and the coated powder obtained in the step (1) to obtain composite slurry; (3) performing spray granulation on the composite slurry obtained in the step (2) to obtain composite powder; (4) performing dry pressing on the composite powder obtained in the step (3) to obtain a ceramic biscuit; and (5) siliconizing and sintering the ceramic biscuit obtained in the step (4) to obtain the reaction sintered silicon carbide ceramic. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the density of the biscuit is improved while the forming pressure is reduced, the uniformity of the biscuit and the ceramic quality are improved, and large-scale popularization and application are facilitated.
本发明提供一种反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷及其制备方法与应用,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)混合碳化硅粉和石墨粉进行一次球磨,得到包覆型粉料;(2)混合碳粉、粘结剂、分散剂、悬浮剂、水和步骤(1)所得包覆型粉料进行二次球磨,得到复合浆料;(3)对步骤(2)所得复合浆料进行喷雾造粒,得到复合粉料;(4)对步骤(3)所得复合粉料进行干压成型,得到陶瓷素坯;(5)对步骤(4)所得陶瓷素坯进行渗硅烧结,得到反应烧结碳化硅陶瓷。本发明提供的制备方法降低了成型压力的同时提升了素坯密度,改善了素坯均匀性和陶瓷质量,有利于大规模推广应用。
