The invention discloses a large cantilever bent cap structure free of secondary tensioning after beam erection and a construction method. The large cantilever bent cap structure comprises a web and a bent cap top plate which are arranged in a T shape and extend in the transverse bridge direction. The closer the distance between the cantilever arm of the web plate and the root of the cantilever arm is, the larger the vertical size is; a stand column connecting section is arranged above the position, connected with each stand column, of the side face of the web plate. End anchoring areas are arranged at the two ends of the capping beam main body structure; the vertical size of each end anchoring area is gradually increased from the corresponding end of the capping beam top plate until the full height of the corresponding end, close to the end part, of the web plate is reached; a web steel beam and a plurality of top plate steel beams are arranged in the web and the bent cap top plate respectively. During construction, a web plate is prefabricated, and then a reinforcement cage of a bent cap top plate and a stand column connecting section is arranged on the web plate; pouring a capping beam top plate; and finally, the top plate steel beam is tensioned and hoisted in place. The construction process of the capping beam on site is greatly simplified, on-site high-altitude operation and related auxiliary tools are reduced, the construction speed is increased, and construction danger sources are reduced.
本发明公开了免架梁后二次张拉的大挑臂盖梁结构及施工方法,包括呈“T”形布置,并沿横桥向延伸的腹板和盖梁顶板;腹板的挑臂距离挑臂的根部越近竖向尺寸越大;腹板侧面,在与每一立柱连接位置的上方均设有立柱连接段;盖梁主体结构的两端均设有端部锚固区;每一端部锚固区的竖向尺寸均从盖梁顶板相应的一端开始逐步增加,直至达到腹板相应的一端靠近端部部分的全高;腹板和盖梁顶板内分别设有腹板钢束和多根顶板钢束。施工时,先预制腹板,再在腹板设置盖梁顶板和立柱连接段的钢筋笼;然后浇筑盖梁顶板;最后张拉顶板钢束并吊装就位。本发明大幅简化盖梁在现场的施工工序,减少现场高空作业和相关辅助工装,加快施工速度,减少施工危险源。
