The outer side filling type tubular pile comprises a pile pipe, a grouting pipe is coaxially arranged in the pile pipe, the bottom end of the pile pipe and the bottom end of the grouting pipe are coaxially fixed to a pile tip, and the diameter of the end, connected with the pile pipe, of the pile tip is larger than the outer diameter of the pile pipe, so that a first gap between the outer side face of the pile pipe and the hole wall of a drilled hole can be formed above the pile tip; a first gap is formed between the grouting pipe and the pile pipe, a second gap is formed between the grouting pipe and the pile pipe, a plurality of first grout outlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the pile pipe, a plurality of second grout outlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the grouting pipe, and a plurality of third grout outlet holes communicated with the inner space of the grouting pipe are formed in the pile tip. By the adoption of the tubular pile and the construction method, negative friction generated when a backfill soil layer is solidified can be avoided, and meanwhile the bearing performance of a pile foundation is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种外侧充填型管桩及施工方法,包括桩管,桩管内同轴设置有注浆管,桩管和注浆管的底端均与桩尖同轴固定,桩尖与桩管连接的端部直径大于桩管外径,以使得桩尖上方能够形成桩管外侧面与钻孔孔壁之间的第一空隙,注浆管与桩管之间形成第二空隙,桩管的管壁上设置有多个第一出浆孔,注浆管的管壁上设置有多个第二出浆孔,所述桩尖设有多个与注浆管内部空间相连通的第三出浆孔,采用本发明的管桩及施工方法能够避免回填土层固结时的负摩阻力,同时保证桩基的承载性能。
