The invention relates to a lifting type discharging platform which comprises two vertical rails, a sliding frame and a trolley, the vertical rails are fixedly connected to the edge of a floor, a plurality of vertical sliding blocks are arranged on the rear side of the sliding frame, the vertical sliding blocks are matched with the vertical rails matched with the vertical sliding blocks in a sliding mode, a hanging ring is fixedly connected to the rear side of the sliding frame, and the sliding frame comprises four stand columns. The top ends of the four stand columns are jointly and fixedly connected with a bearing platform, two receding grooves are formed in the top wall of the bearing platform, the receding grooves are formed in the longitudinal direction, the cross section contours of the left inner wall and the right inner wall of each receding groove are each in a two-stage step shape, and the receding grooves are divided into first-stage step grooves located on the lower sides and second-stage step grooves located on the upper sides. The left groove wall of the first-stage stepped groove is arranged in the longitudinal direction, and the right groove wall of the first-stage stepped groove inclines towards the left groove wall of the first-stage stepped groove from back to front. The invention relates to a using method of a lifting type discharging platform. The carrying process is completed in one step, time and labor are saved, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
