The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile foundation slurry rapid curing agent and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of curing treatment, the cast-in-place pile foundation slurry rapid curing agent comprises the following components by weight: 20-60 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 20-60 parts of calcined coal gangue, and 20 parts of an alkali activator, the alkali activator is water glass, and the modulus of the water glass is 1.0-1.3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing calcined coal gangue; preparing water glass; and mixing and stirring the granulated blast-furnace slag and the calcined coal gangue to obtain the rapid curing agent. The application comprises the following steps: air-drying slurry to prepare sludge; adding a rapid curing agent into the sludge, mixing and uniformly stirring; and filling into a test mold, compacting, standing, removing the mold, curing, and checking after curing to a to-be-detected age. According to the present invention, the design is reasonable, the curing agent has characteristics of good curing effect and rapid reaction on the treatment of the cast-in-place pile foundation slurry, the mechanical property is met, and the economic cost is reduced.
