After the curing agent is added to a mixture, normal-temperature asphalt concrete is rapidly dehydrated and cured, and has a high elastoplastic surface layer and excellent weather resistance, so that the problems that the traditional modified emulsified asphalt concrete is slowly dehydrated and not easily cured are solved, and thus the construction efficiency and the social benefits are greatly improved.
