The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place piles, and discloses a cast-in-place pile mud cake curing slurry preparation method which comprises the following preparation steps: 1) screening industrial solid waste mineral powder; (2) putting the screened industrial solid waste mineral powder into a stirrer, adding slaked lime into the stirrer according to a proportioning scheme, and stirring and mixing the industrial solid waste mineral powder and the slaked lime to form a primary mixed material; (3) adding water glass into a stirrer according to a proportioning scheme, and stirring and mixing the primarily mixed material and the water glass to form a powder material; and 4) according to the proportioning scheme, stirring and mixing the powder material and a water body to form the slurry for curing the mud cake of the cast-in-place pile. In this way, after concrete pouring of the cast-in-place pile is completed, slurry filling is conducted, mud cakes on the side of the pile are cured, the curing purpose is achieved, and the bearing capacity and the side friction resistance of the cast-in-place pile are enhanced.
