Stress-controllable spiral steel pipe-cement soil combined bearing structure and application method thereof
The invention discloses a stress-controllable spiral steel pipe-cement soil combined bearing structure and an application method thereof. The structure comprises a steel pipe, a steel ring cylinder, a fastener, a spiral blade and a limiting assembly. The steel ring cylinder slidably sleeves the outer wall of the steel pipe; the fastener is mounted on the steel ring cylinder; the spiral blade is mounted on the outer wall of the steel ring cylinder; the limiting assembly is installed on the steel pipe. The application method comprises the following steps that 1, underground obstacles are cleaned, a site is leveled, and layered tamping is conducted; 2, earth excavation is conducted till the designed elevation is reached, and surveying, setting out and positioning are conducted; 3, three-axis stirring pile hole position positioning is carried out, and the sinking and lifting speed of a stirring pile is controlled; and fourthly, the spiral steel pipe inner core pile is rotationally planted into the outer core cement soil mixing pile. The spiral blades are in sliding connection with the steel pipe, loads are transmitted to the spiral blades on the lower portion, then the loads are evenly distributed, the problem of stress concentration at the joint of the spiral blades on the upper portion and the steel pipe is solved, the bearing performance is improved, and energy consumption is reduced.
本发明公开应力可控型螺旋钢管‑水泥土组合承载结构及其应用方法,结构包括:钢管、钢环筒、紧固件、螺旋叶片和限位组件;钢环筒滑动套设在钢管的外壁上;紧固件安装在钢环筒上;螺旋叶片安装在钢环筒的外壁上;限位组件安装在钢管上。应用方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、对地下障碍物进行清理、平整场地、分层夯实;步骤二、土方开挖至设计标高,测量放线定位;步骤三、三轴搅拌桩孔位定位,控制搅拌桩下沉及提升速度;步骤四、将螺旋钢管内芯桩旋转植入外芯水泥土搅拌桩中。本发明中螺旋叶片与钢管采用滑动连接,将荷载向下部螺旋叶片进行传递,进而实现荷载均匀分配,缓解了上部螺旋叶片与钢管连接处应力集中的问题,提高了承载性能、减少能耗。
