The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrathin high-strength aluminum oxide ceramic substrate, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a sintering-aiding uniformly mixed solution with the viscosity of 10000 mPa.s to 30000 mPa.s; preparing a slurry and powder uniformly mixed solution, wherein the viscosity of the slurry and powder uniformly mixed solution is between 15,000 mPa.s and 300,000 mPa.s; preparing mixed slurry, wherein the viscosity of the mixed slurry is between 10,000 mPa.s and 2,5000 mPa.s; preparing a ceramic green body sheet, enabling the mixed slurry to pass through a heating area of the bottom plate to form a solid green body belt, and cutting the solid green body belt into the ceramic green body sheet; flattening the green body, attaching smooth films to the two surfaces of the ceramic green body sheet, placing the ceramic green body sheet on a smooth metal plate, and carrying out isostatic pressing treatment after vacuum plastic packaging; glue discharging and forming are conducted, specifically, glue discharging and forming are conducted on the ceramic green body pieces subjected to green body leveling treatment, and glue-discharged ceramic green body pieces are obtained; sintering into sheets: sintering the degummed ceramic green sheet to obtain the ultrathin high-strength aluminum oxide ceramic substrate. The method is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and the aluminum oxide ceramic substrate which is smooth in surface, thin in thickness and excellent in bending resistance can be obtained.
