Slag melting method
The invention relates to the technical field of furnace slag treatment, and discloses a furnace slag melting method which comprises the following steps: S1, furnace slag classification: classifying generated furnace slag, and distinguishing according to components and properties of the furnace slag; s2, slag crushing: mechanically crushing the slag to enable the particle size of the slag to be moderate; s3, magnetic separation: carrying out magnetic separation on the slag by using magnetic separation equipment to separate out iron components in the slag; and S4, phosphorylation treatment: carrying out phosphorylation treatment on the slag containing phosphorus minerals, and combining phosphoric acid with the phosphorus element in the slag to form phosphate, thereby reducing the emission of phosphorus. Through the steps of slag classification, crushing, magnetic separation, phosphorylation treatment, desulfurization, activation, solidification and the like, the slag melting treatment efficiency and the resource recovery rate are improved, and valuable elements such as iron and aluminum in the slag can be recovered, so that comprehensive utilization of resources is achieved, and dependence on natural resources is reduced.
