The invention provides a track plate body line replacement method which comprises the following steps: separating a steel rail from a track plate to be replaced, transversely pushing the steel rail aside for the first time, and lifting the track plate to be replaced to a preset height through hoisting equipment arranged above a track; laying temporary sleepers; the temporary sleepers and the steel rails are connected, so that the temporary passing function of the rails is recovered; the first track plate loading and unloading vehicle running on the track transports the track plate to be replaced out of the construction position, the second track plate loading and unloading vehicle running on the track transports the new track plate to the position below the hoisting equipment, the hoisting equipment lifts the new track plate to the preset height, and the second track plate loading and unloading vehicle runs out of the construction position; the temporary sleepers are separated from the steel rails, and the steel rails are transversely pushed aside for the second time; the temporary sleepers are removed, and new track plates are laid; and the steel rail is secondarily reset to connect the new track plate with the steel rail, so that the track restores the passing function. And the replacement operation of the track plate of the line is efficiently and safely completed.
本发明提出一种轨道板本线更换方法,包括:分离钢轨与待更换轨道板的连接,第一次横向拨开钢轨,通过设置在轨道上方的起重设备将待更换轨道板提升到预设高度;铺设临时轨枕;一次复位钢轨,连接临时轨枕与钢轨,使轨道恢复临时通行功能;行驶在轨道上的第一辆轨道板装卸车将待更换轨道板运出施工位置,行驶在轨道上的第二辆轨道板装卸车将新轨道板运到起重设备下方,起重设备将新轨道板提升到预设高度,第二辆轨道板装卸车驶出施工位置;分离临时轨枕与钢轨的连接,第二次横向拨开钢轨;移除临时轨枕,铺设新轨道板;二次复位钢轨,连接新轨道板与钢轨,使轨道恢复通行功能。高效、安全地完成本线的轨道板的更换作业。
