The invention discloses a method for reinforcing loess based on plant urease induction. The method comprises the following steps: fully mixing a soil material with Na-montmorillonite (Na-Mt) by adopting a mixing method; the extracted soybean urease and the prepared cementing liquid are prepared into curing liquid, the curing liquid is injected into the mixed soil material through a one-time injection method, loess curing is carried out, and the strength of the cured soil body can be improved; optimal parameters are obtained by designing an orthogonal test of key influence factors of plant urease induced calcium carbonate deposition (EICP) solidified loess, and then an unconfined compressive strength test is carried out to test a reinforced soil body; test results show that the strength of cured loess can be effectively improved, the problem of instability of natural loess is solved, and the curing agent has the advantages of green and environment-friendly used materials, flexible usage, wide application range and the like, and has good application prospects in the aspects of loess strength improvement, anti-seepage plugging, surface repair and the like.
一种基于植物脲酶诱导加固黄土的方法,采用拌合法将土料与钠基蒙脱石(Na‑Mt)充分混合;将提取的大豆脲酶与配制的胶结液制成固化液,采用一次注入法注入混合土料中,进行黄土固化,有助于提高固化土体的强度;通过设计植物脲酶诱导碳酸钙沉积(EICP)固化黄土关键影响因素正交试验,得出最优参数,后进行无侧限抗压强度试验对加固后土体进行测试;试验结果表明,本发明可以有效提高固化黄土的强度,解决天然黄土不稳定性问题,具有使用材料绿色环保、用法灵活、适用范围广等优点,在提高黄土强度、防渗封堵、表面修复等方面有较好的应用前景。
