METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED OXIDE CERAMIC
Provided is a method for producing an oxide ceramic molded body with which it is possible to easily produce a molded body at a high production yield using an oxide ceramic powder having an average primary particle diameter of nano-scale (particularly 120 nm or less). The present invention pertains to a method for producing an oxide ceramic molded body by press-molding a powder containing oxide ceramic particles having an average primary particle diameter of 1-120 nm under reduced pressure. The pressure molding is preferably performed at a reduced pressure of 0.1-100 kPa or less.
本发明提供氧化物陶瓷成形体的制造方法,其可使用平均一次粒径为纳米尺寸(特别是120nm以下)的氧化物陶瓷的粉末,以高的生产收率简便地制造成形体。本发明涉及在减压下将包含平均一次粒径为1~120nm的氧化物陶瓷粒子的粉末进行加压成形的氧化物陶瓷成形体的制造方法。上述加压成形优选在0.1~100kPa以下的减压下进行。
