The invention relates to a preparation device and a preparation method of a resin permeable ceramic material. The preparation device comprises a feeding system, a permeation system and a vacuum system, the permeation system comprises a bottom frame for placing a ceramic preform; the bottom frame is covered with a vacuum film; a closed space is formed between the vacuum film and the underframe; the two ends of the closed space are connected to the feeding system and the vacuum system respectively. During working, the vacuum membrane can be tightly attached to the ceramic prefabricated body through the internal and external pressure difference of the permeation system, and the resin permeation ceramic material can be prepared only by inputting a proper amount of resin. Compared with a high-pressure chamber adopting a rigid structure device in the prior art, the method has the advantages that the soft vacuum film is adopted to construct the closed space as the preparation space of the resin permeation ceramic material, the ineffective permeation space is less, only a small amount of resin adheres to the prepared vacuum film, and unnecessary resin loss is reduced. And permeation and curing of the resin can be carried out in the same device in succession, so that the production efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种树脂渗透陶瓷材料的制备装置及制备方法,制备装置包括给料系统、渗透系统和真空系统;渗透系统包括用于放置陶瓷预制体的底架;底架上覆盖有真空膜;真空膜与底架之间形成密闭空间;密闭空间的两端分别连接于给料系统和真空系统。工作时,渗透系统的内外压力差能够使真空膜紧贴于陶瓷预制体上,仅需输入适量的树脂即可完成树脂渗透陶瓷材料的制备。相较于现有技术采用刚性结构装置的高压室,本发明采用软性的真空膜构造密闭空间作为树脂渗透陶瓷材料的制备空间,无效渗透空间更少,制备完成后真空膜上仅粘附较少量的树脂,减少了不必要的树脂损耗。树脂的渗透和固化可以在同一个装置内相继进行,提高生产效率。
