Method for preparing synthesis gas through carbonate hydrogenation in molten salt system
The invention discloses a method for preparing synthesis gas by hydrogenating carbonate under a molten salt system, which comprises the following steps: mixing soluble salt with carbonate ore powder to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture to enable the soluble salt to be in a molten state, and carrying out hydrogenation reaction under the condition of introducing hydrogen to prepare the synthesis gas. According to the method, the synthesis gas is prepared by hydrogenating the carbonate in the molten salt environment, the reaction process can be accelerated under the condition of no catalyst, and the reaction efficiency between the carbonate and hydrogen is effectively improved by the impregnation effect of the molten salt, so that the conversion rate of the carbonate is remarkably improved, and the improvement of the reaction activity is further promoted; ionic conductivity and active sites of the molten salt are combined with a stable temperature environment maintained by high specific heat capacity of the molten salt, and ideal conditions are provided for effective reaction of carbonate powder and hydrogen.
本发明公开了一种熔融盐体系下进行碳酸盐加氢制合成气的方法,将可溶性盐与碳酸盐矿石粉末混合得到混合物,对混合物加热使可溶性盐处于熔融状态,在通入氢气的条件下进行加氢反应,制得合成气。本发明在熔融盐环境里对碳酸盐加氢制合成气,可以在无催化剂的条件下加速反应进程,熔融盐的浸渍作用有效提升了碳酸盐与氢气之间的反应效率,从而显著提高了碳酸盐转化率,并进一步促进反应活性的提升;熔融盐的离子导电性和活性位点,结合其高比热容所维持的稳定温度环境,为碳酸盐粉末与氢气的有效反应提供了理想条件。
