Method for preparing silicon carbide coated graphite through molten salt isolation
The invention relates to a method for preparing silicon carbide coated graphite by molten salt isolation. The method comprises the following steps of: weighing silicon powder, crystalline flake graphite powder and molten salt according to a set ratio, putting the weighed materials into a ball milling tank, uniformly mixing the materials to obtain mixed slurry, putting the mixed slurry into a drying oven, drying, and screening the dried powder to obtain granulation powder A; putting the granulation powder A into a mold, carrying out compression molding to obtain a green body B, wrapping the green body B with the molten salt as a filler by using a large mold, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a salt-packaged sample C; putting the salt-packaged sample C into an aluminum oxide crucible, putting enough molten salt into the crucible to completely cover the salt-packaged sample C, covering the crucible, putting the crucible into a high-temperature furnace, heating to 1300-1400 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 15h, performing roasting, and naturally cooling a product to room temperature; washing the product with deionized water to remove salt in a salt layer and the green body, performing filtering and drying to obtain graphite powder which is uniformly dispersed and completely coated with SiC. The method has the advantages of wide raw material source, low cost, short consumed time, no need of expensive argon as a protective atmosphere in the preparation process, and the like.
一种熔盐隔离制备碳化硅包覆石墨的方法,首先将硅粉、鳞片石墨粉、熔盐按照设定的比例称量置于球磨罐内均匀混合得到混合料浆,再将混合料浆置于烘箱内干燥,将干燥后粉体过筛得到造粒粉A;将造粒粉A置于模具内压制成型得到坯体B,然后再用大的模具以熔盐作为填充物将坯体B包裹经压制成型得到盐封装样C;将盐封装试样C放置在氧化铝坩埚内,坩埚内放入足量的熔盐将盐封装试样C完全覆盖,加盖后放入高温炉中,升温到1300‑1400℃保温1‑5h焙烧,自然冷却至室温;将产物用去离子水洗涤除去盐层和坯体内的盐分,过滤干燥后即可得到分散均匀、SiC完全包覆的石墨粉。本发明具有原料来源广泛、成本低、耗时短、制备过程不再需要昂贵的氩气作为保护气氛等优点。
