Maritime work cement material based on geopolymer, preparation method and application method
The invention provides a geopolymer-based maritime work cement material as well as a preparation method and an application method thereof. The geopolymer-based maritime work cement material comprises the following components in parts by mass: a first component comprising 50-77 parts of a composite alkali activator; the second component comprises 100 parts of metakaolin, 0.3-0.8 part of a fiber material, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-2 parts of a suspending agent, 1-2 parts of a coupling agent, 0.5-0.8 part of a defoaming agent and 10-30 parts of water; the third component is prepared from 120 to 150 parts of granulated blast furnace slag powder; wherein the mass ratio of the composite alkali activator to the sum of the mass of the metakaolin and the granulated blast furnace slag powder is 0.2-0.35. On the basis of a geopolymer composed of the first component and the second component, the compressive strength and the deep sea stability of the composite cement material are improved by using the granulated blast furnace slag powder, and the toughness and the tensile strength of the cement material are improved by using the fiber material, so that the cement material adapts to the application scene of deep sea high water pressure.
本发明提供一种基于地聚合物的海工水泥材料、制备方法和应用方法,按质量份数计:第一组分包括:复合碱激发剂50~77份;第二组分包括:偏高岭土100份、纤维材料0.3~0.8份、减水剂3~5份、悬浮剂1~2份、偶联剂1~2份、消泡剂0.5~0.8份、水10~30份;第三组分包括:粒化高炉矿渣粉末120~150份;其中,复合碱激发剂与偏高岭土和粒化高炉矿渣粉末的质量之和的质量比为0.2~0.35。本发明在第一组分与第二组分所组成的地聚合物基础上,再利用粒化高炉矿渣粉末来改善复合水泥材料的抗压强度和深海稳定性,并使用纤维材料来提高水泥材料的韧性和抗拉强度,以适应深海高水压的应用场景。
