The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a steel pipe pile sinking device and a using method thereof.The steel pipe pile sinking device comprises a steel pipe pile, threaded grooves are formed in the top end and the bottom end of the steel pipe pile correspondingly, and a ground breaking mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the steel pipe pile and comprises a threaded head installed at the bottom of the steel pipe pile in a threaded mode; the drilling tool further comprises a circular block arranged below the threaded head, a drill bit is fixedly installed at the bottom of the circular block, a circular cavity is formed in the circular block, and a circular installation plate is arranged in the circular cavity. The connecting rod drives the T-shaped soil breaking blocks to slide out of the T-shaped grooves, the bottoms of the T-shaped soil breaking blocks are triangular due to the fact that the first triangular grooves are formed in the T-shaped soil breaking blocks, the inner wall of a pile hole can be broken more easily during descending, the T-shaped soil breaking blocks can be thoroughly dispersed when a drill bit makes contact with the bottom of the pile hole, and therefore the drill bit is prevented from being damaged. Therefore, the stability of the steel pipe pile in the pile hole can be improved.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,且公开了一种钢管桩沉桩装置及其使用方法,包括钢管桩,所述钢管桩的顶端和底端分别设置有螺纹槽,所述钢管桩的底端设置有破土机构,所述破土机构包括螺纹安装在钢管桩底部的螺纹头,还包括:所述螺纹头的下方设置有圆形块,所述圆形块的底部固定安装有钻头,所述圆形块内开设有圆形腔,所述圆形腔内设置有圆形安装板。本发明连接杆带动若干个T型破土块滑出T型槽外,由于若干个T型破土块上开设有三角槽一,所以T型破土块的底部呈三角状,在下降时可以更容易的桩孔的内壁破开,在钻头接触到桩孔底部时若干个T型破土块会彻底分散开,从而会提高钢管桩在桩孔内的稳定性。
