Construction method for connecting section of ultra-large rectangular continuous open caisson underground station in soft soil stratum
The invention provides a soft soil stratum ultra-large rectangular continuous open caisson underground station connecting section construction method which comprises the following steps that after construction of internal structures of two adjacent open caisson sections is completed, an N-Jet construction method is adopted for conducting grouting reinforcement on the bottom and the two sides of a connecting section between the two open caisson sections; a soil layer of the connecting section is excavated step by step until the bottom of the pit of the connecting section is excavated, soil and water retaining plates are erected in the excavation and tunneling direction, the soil and water retaining plates of the section are installed every time excavation of the section is completed, and the soil and water retaining plates are erected on the left side face and the right side face of the connecting section and matched with the well walls of the two open caissons to define a rectangle; all the soil and water retaining plates on the same side face of the connecting section are connected together to form a sealing wall, the temporary sealing wall is dismantled from bottom to top, a connecting section side wall and floor slabs of all layers are constructed, after a connecting section top plate reaches the design strength, a support is dismantled and replaced, a post-pouring layer is poured, backfilling is conducted, and the road surface is restored to the original state. Safe and rapid construction of the connecting section is achieved, the cost is low, and the construction effect is good.
本发明提出了一种软土地层超大矩形连续沉井地下车站连接段施工方法,包括以下步骤:在相邻两段沉井内部结构施工完成后,采用N‑Jet工法对两段沉井之间的连接段底部及两侧进行注浆加固;分步开挖连接段土层,直至开挖到连接段坑底,并沿开挖掘进方向架设挡土挡水板,每完成一节段开挖随即进行该段的挡土挡水板安装,挡土挡水板架设于连接段的左右侧面上,且与两沉井的井壁配合围成矩形,连接段同一侧面上的所有挡土挡水板连接在一起形成封墙,自下而上拆除临时封堵墙并施做连接段边墙及各层楼板,连接段顶板达设计强度后拆除换撑,浇筑后浇层,回填并恢复路面至原状。本发明实现了连接段的安全、快速施工,且成本低,施工效果好。
