Method for determining formula of high-modulus anti-fatigue hot recycled asphalt mixture
The invention provides a method for determining a formula of a high-modulus anti-fatigue thermal regeneration asphalt mixture. The method comprises the following steps: S10, measuring the proportion of old asphalt in RAP divided into n grades and the PG high-temperature grade; s20, selecting new asphalt; s30, setting the ratio of each grade of RAP in the reclaimed material; s40, performing grading design on the new aggregate, the new filler and the mineral aggregate in each grade of RAP according to the proportion of each grade of RAP, judging whether the requirements can be met or not, if so, executing the step S50, and if not, repeating the steps S30-S40; s40, preparing at least three groups of reclaimed material test pieces according to the ratio of each grade of RAP and the designed gradation, so that the ratios of asphalt in the reclaimed material corresponding to each group are different and are all in a range of 5.2 wt%-6.5 wt%; s50, the void ratio of the test piece is measured, the average void ratio of each group is calculated, and the group with the average void ratio of 1.5%-4% is selected; and S60, substituting the parameters corresponding to the selected group into a formula, and judging whether the formula is met or not. And if yes, determining the formula of the selected group as a reclaimed material formula, and if not, repeating the steps S20-S70.
